Email Taken and Forgotten Password

If you try signing up for an account from either the Reesio home page or when joining an existing brokerage, and you receive an error message like in the below screenshot that the email address has already been taken, this means that you have previously signed up for a Reesio account:




Instead of signing up for another account, you'll need to instead go to the Login page by clicking on the "Log In" button in the upper right corner of the Reesio home page:




Once you're on the Login page, if you can't remember your password, Reesio can help you reset it so that you can get back into your account. Just click the "Forgot your password" link from the Login page:




After you click the "Forgot your password" link, you will be prompted to enter in your email address. Once you enter in your email address and click "Send me reset password instructions", we'll email you a link to reset your password:

 

**PLEASE NOTE: For security purposes, the email that our system sends you with the link to reset your password expires within 72 hours. So if you don't click on the link within 72 hours, you will need to repeat the steps above to get a new link. Click here for more info on what happens if your link has expired or if you never received the email to reset your password.
