Invitation Email & Reset Password Links Expired

This section pertains to invitation links received at the transaction level, as well as reset password email links. It does not pertain to brokerage invitation links, as those NEVER expire.

When you add someone to a transaction that does not already have a Reesio account, Reesio automatically sends that person an invitation link to create a Reesio account and to join your transaction. For security purposes, the invitation link we send them expires after 72 hours. If you have been invited to create a Reesio account and to join a Reesio transaction, and the 72 hours has already expired, you'll receive an error message that the "Invitation Token Has Expired". Same thing applies if you tried to reset your password and you waited longer than 72 hours to take action on the email that Reesio sent you.

If you receive the above error message or if you never received the email invitation/reset password link in the first place, then simply go to the Reesio home page, and click the "Log In" button in the upper right corner:




Then click the "Forgot your password" link:




After you click the "Forgot your password" link, you will be prompted to enter in your email address. Once you enter in your email address and click "Send me reset password instructions", we'll email you with a new link to reset your password:
