Add/Edit/Delete a Task

To add a new task to an existing template within your transaction Workflow, click the "Add New Task" button. New tasks will be added to the bottom of the list.



Next, enter in the task title and description by clicking on the field on the right and click "Save". To edit an existing title or description, select the task on the left and follow the same procedure.



To reassign a task (task assignee is defaulted to task creator), set the compliance or visibility, set a due date or due date rule, click on the appropriate icon at the top. 



To delete a task, select the task on the left and click the "trash can" Delete button at the top.

NOTE: Only brokerage admins can delete a "Compliance" task.



To reorder tasks within the workflow, just click on the three horizontal bars to the left of the task and drag and drop the tasks to the new order desired. 

NOTE: Tasks can only be reorder while sorting by "Task Order"
