What it is and How it gets Created

Last Updated: Jan 23, 2015 12:11PM PST
Reesio automatically creates a "Single Property Page Website" from the details of your transaction, without you having to do any extra work. Basic details such as listing price, photos, and address are automatically inserted into your Single Property Page Website. Reesio also automatically updates this page on your behalf as you go through the transaction process, with new info like the updated transaction status, etc. You can click here to find out how to add additional property details to the Single Property Page Website.

What does the Single Property Page Website do?

Click HERE for a full list of suggestions for what you can do with the Public Marketing Page. But in a nutshell, the page allows you to receive Offers on the property from Buyer's Agents, as well as have a clean, marketable URL that you can use to market the property yourself.

***Please note, that while Reesio does have a section of its website where Buyers can find your Public Marketing Pages, we do NOT specialize in consumer leads or search, so you should not expect Reesio to organically drive any leads directly to your pages.

Because the URL of this Single Property Page Website is a unique URL to your property/transaction, and because it's a public URL, it can be shared with anyone, even Buyers and Buyer's Agents that are not part of your transaction. When you share it publicly, you'll be able to have Buyers' Agents make offers on your property, as well as get new Buyer leads. Reesio also has social sharing icons on these pages, making it super easy to share these pages on Facebook, Twitter, etc. Here's a screenshot of a sample Single Property Page Website that was automatically generated from a transaction:
