Brokerage Dashboard

Last Updated: Sep 15, 2014 02:46AM PDT
The Brokerage Dashboard provides a snapshot of cross-transactional data to help manage tasks, notifications, activities, commissions, etc across all of your brokerage's transactions.

The task summary in the top-left section highlights the number of tasks that are:

Due in the Next 7 Days
Displays open tasks in open transactions that are due in the next 7 days. Includes tasks where you are the task creator, task assignee, or have admin permissions over.

Past Due
Displays open tasks in open transactions with a due date that is one or more days past due. Includes tasks where you are the task creator, task assignee, or have admin permissions over.

Not Approved
Displays open compliance tasks in open transactions that have been marked "Not Approved" by brokerage admins. Includes tasks where you are the task creator, task assignee, or have admin permissions over.

Flagged
Displays open tasks in open transactions that have been flagged for review and needs an admin to approve or not approve them. Includes tasks where you are the task creator, assignee, or have admin permissions over.

Clicking on any of the above colored task boxes will redirect you to the consolidated Tasks page, displaying the filtered results for what you clicked on. For example, if you click on the "Tasks Flagged" box in the above example, it will take you to the 2 tasks that have been flagged for admin review.

You can also get to an unfiltered view (i.e. every task) of the consolidated Tasks page by either clicking on the tray navigation icon and then the "Tasks" icon, or if you're already in the Transaction Management product, by clicking on the "Tasks" icon in the left navigation bar:

Once you're on the consolidated Tasks page, tasks can then be sorted by task title, transaction, task assignee, due date, approval state and review state. Tasks can also be searched for directly by title, and additional filters can be applied under advanced filters:

  • Unrealized commissions include open & archived transactions with a status type of "Active", "Active Contingent", "Pending", or "For Rent"
  • Transactions with a status of "Inactive", "Not for sale", or "Not for Rent" are not counted in the Commissions chart or on the Commissions page.

Notifications

Reesio makes it extremely easy to know exactly what actions you need to take by providing cross-transactional notifications. If you're a brokerage admin, you'll receive notifications about everything going on within your brokerage. Important notifications you need to be aware of, such as when documents have been shared with you, when tasks/documents get flagged for you to review, etc. are displayed in the bell icon in the top navigation bar. This bell icon is available from anywhere within Reesio's product, not just the Brokerage Dashboard. A red circle indicates the number of unread notifications.

Clicking on the bell icon will display the notifications window. From there, you can click on an individual notification and it will take you directly into the task, document, etc. that that notification pertains to. You can also mark all notifications read or click on the "See All" link to see a history of all notifications received:
