As noted in the summary article of how billing works, Individual billing means that each person within your brokerage will pay for his/her own seat with his/her own credit card. If a user doesn’t pay for a seat, he/she won’t have a paid subscription. You can choose this option simply by purchasing just 1 seat during your first time when buying new seats.
To sign up for individual billing and pay for just your own seat, first click on the red "Subscribe Now" button in the upper-right corner:
Next, you can choose how many seats you want to purchase and see how much the total pricing will be for the number of seats that you're purchasing (left side). For individual billing, leave the number of seats as "1":
After leaving the number of seats at 1, simply enter in your credit card number, security code, and expiration date on the right side. If you have a promocode, enter it in the promocode box. If you press the green "Apply" button, you'll see the amount of your discounted pricing with the promocode. Click the orange "Submit Credit Card" button in the above window, and your credit card will be charged for just your 1 seat.
Remember that if you choose Individual billing, that everyone else within your brokerage will need to pay for his/her own seat. We do not currently support a mixture of Group and Individual billing within a brokerage (i.e. you can’t pay for just your own seat through Individual billing and then have someone else in your brokerage pay for 2 seats for 2 other people). You must choose one option or the other.
If you ever want to view the details of your Individual Billing subscription, you can easily do that by going to your Billing page. To go to your Billing page, first click on the drop-down arrow next to your name in the upper-right corner, and then click on the "Billing" link in the window that appears:
From there, you'll be able to see the details of your subscription plan, as well as add/delete your credit card info:
