Switching Brokerages

If you already have a Reesio account (which means you already have your own brokerage or are part of someone else's brokerage), and your current broker invites you into his/her brokerage, then you're going to need to switch brokerages in order to join your new broker's brokerage.

Currently, a member of the Reesio engineering team needs to manually handle switching brokerages for you (Reesio does not give users the capability to switch brokerages on their own). In order to switch brokerages, please chat with us on the Reesio website or email us at support@reesio.com, and provide us with the following info:

1. The email address associated with your Reesio account.

2. The unique invitation link that either your brokerage admin provided you, or that you received from the email asking you to create a Reesio account.

Once we have the above information, we'll take care of switching you into the correct brokerage and will notify you once it's been done.
