I do not see a good way to track referrals from within the system. Would be nice to add a field to a contact so we could keep track of the referrals that particular lead give us. Also, if we give a referral to a contact, it would be nice to be able to track that from within the system as well. Would work great if we could create a referral like a transaction and invite the Realtor we are referring the business to interact with us from within the system. Might also increase biz for Reesio as well.

Hi Clayton,

You can track referrals within a lead. There is a section called lead source where you can create a custom lead source name. For example, the name of a past client or loan officer that refers you business. Just enter the name of the lead source and click update.

As for tracking referrals you give to others outside of Reesio, this is not an available feature right now. However, it's a good idea and we'll add your request to our roadmap.
