Contract Dates - easy to see what is due this week?

jennifer grace Jun 15, 2017 03:15PM PDT

I know I must be missing where to find this, because it would be a Basic, obvious thing TC's and brokers need in a transaction management software.

I need to see one screen that shows all our transactions dates that I've input into each transaction. I have input dates into each transaction and those dates should show up on a calendar, or a timeline for the whole brokerage. clicking into each and every transaction to see dates I'm sure is not the only way to find this info.

Where do I find this?

Hi there and thank you for your feedback!

You can view all tasks across all of your transactions by clicking "Tasks" on the lower left hand side from within your Reesio Account. The Tasks page is organized so you can see the Title, Transaction Address, Assignee, Creator, Due Date, Approval State, and Flag State of all transactions. Clicking on the Task Title will bring you to that individual task within the transaction.

Our Managing Tasks Across ALL Transactions article will detail that more for you:

Your Reesio Dashboard also shows you Tasks that are due in the next 7 days, past due, not approved and that are flagged so you can monitor them and easily access them. Each of those areas can be clicked on to view the specific task list.

While we don't have a Calendar feature yet, we take customer feedback very seriously here at Reesio, and we've added your request to our product roadmap. We base our entire roadmap by the number of times that customers request a certain feature, so the more requests that we get for this feature, the faster we'll work on it.

Also, we post on our Product Updates page exactly what the new features are that we release, and you can subscribe to receive these updates via email at:

We HIGHLY recommend subscribing to our Product Updates via email so that you know exactly what new features we release. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

I agree. A calendar feature would be ideal. It's not as easy to read as a line item. That way you can see everything you have going on that day.
