I am not happy that you can not take out previous group members when is this getting fixed

Sandra Libby Mar 20, 2018 04:00AM PDT

It appears that your customers have been requesting the ability to remove members from their transaction. This is not offered. I am very happy with reesio other than this situation. Please escalate this. It appears that your customers want this feature! I am seeing comments dating back years.

Thank you

Hi Sandra. At this time, we do not allow for the deletion of transaction members due to permission complications. However, you can move transaction members into their own transaction "group" by themselves, which means they'll no longer be able to see anyone else in the transaction. Here's the support article on how to move transaction members into a different group:

In addition, transaction members can only see documents, tasks, and activities that are specifically shared with them. You have full control over what each transaction member sees or doesn't see, so if you don't want transaction members to see certain documents or tasks, you can simply remove their permissions from these items.

Below are the links to a couple of support articles for more info on how permissions are set and what people can see/not see:

Thank you for your feedback. While we don't have this feature yet, we take customer feedback very seriously here at Reesio, and we've added your request to our product roadmap. We base our entire roadmap by the number of times that customers request a certain feature, so the more requests that we get for this feature, the faster we'll work on it.

I will escalate this up for you.
